Non-custom orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase. 

Custom orders may take up to 3-5 business days to arrive

Orders are sent directly from our Nashville USA warehouse. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
